Typically I have a good experience at H-E-B. You guys always have what I need and the cashiers are always very nice. They are the outstanding and the price is great too.
Curbside pickup in Katy constantly refuses to substitute items. I will go into the store, even thpugh I have a hurt foot, and always find the items they say they don't have. It's ridiculous, lazy and annoying and if you complain, nobody cares. But her manners at talking to me were very rude. I never had a problem with any other cashier just with her. I never talked back to her; I stood quiet but the way she spoke to me made me feel like she was bothered by my presence.

I also noticed the prices are higher but I've never noticed it to be more than a few cents on each item. Which is much cheaper than using Uber to get there. I am not sure about the minimum order but the max is 600$. It’s best to order groceries in a group using this service. If you use lyft/uber to go to and from heb then this would save you money. I order it all the time with my roomies.

When I called the pharmacy to see if these were ready, the young lady who answered the phone told me that we could only have one or the other but not both of the pain meds. The SIP system is excellent, and the design is even better on the ground than it appeared on paper. She told me very rude and never try to do anything. I live in Bay City and the store has been out of Mootopia fat free for well over a week. I finally drove 45 minutes to Lake Jackson to check the store there.

HEB is hands-down the best grocery store chain in the USA. They are locally based, locally focused, and have always been a staple for my family. They have issues sometimes keeping shelves stocked on certain items but they are getting better on that front.
